1. To provide excellent educational and training platform for students in Biology, Mathematics, and Information Technology programs and adequately prepare them for careers in research and teaching profession, the private industry, and the government sector, and in the pursuit of advance studies;

2. To produce highly skilled, competent, and competitive graduates through enhancement of their skills and attributes in critical thinking and analysis, problem solving, technical writing, oral communication, interpersonal relations, and strategic foresight;

3. To enable and capacitate students to adopt to and productively perform in challenging and different work settings by inculcating in them the values of hard work, perseverance, excellence, integrity, independence, teamwork, discipline, responsibility and accountability and strong sense of prudent decision-making based on facts and objectivity; and

4. To train students in conducting basic and applied research, as well as in organizing extension work with community beneficiaries to empower the students and build a strong sense of community and kinship, and in the process become skilled agents of change in their respective communities.
