Non-academic units represented by their heads and staff joined the Strategic Planning Workshop held on February 4-6 at Lake Sebu, South Cotabato.
The workshop was conducted to plan steps in upscaling the services of the invited units. One significant undertaking of the event is the redesigning and streamlining of office processes to expedite transactions within the university.
The consolidated outputs of the workshop were focused on providing excellent service to clients, proper handling of university properties, developing a skilled workforce, securing a clean and safe environment, and creating sustainable programs and projects. All of these coincide with the goals of the university as included in its 5-year Development Plan.
