True to the University’s mission to help improve the lives of people in its serviced communities, extension project proposals were evaluated on May 6, 2021 at the Regional Science Research Center, led by the Vice Chancellor for Research and Extension Dr. Edna P. Oconer and Extension Services Assistant Director Dr. Keno Jay M. Balogbog.
Seven community extension project proposals from seven different degree programs were presented by their respective extension coordinators and were evaluated by the Research and Development Council to ensure that interventions that will be extended to the communities contribute to the thrust of the University and the country as a whole, and are relevant, beneficial, and sustainable.
Approved project proposals that will receive an amount up to Php40,000.00 each are from the following programs: Bachelor of Elementary Education, Bachelor of Secondary Education, BS Biology, BS Information Technology, BS Mathematics, AB Filipino, and Ph.D. Educational Management.
The dynamic community extension program of the University is due to the generous support of Chancellor Dr. Anshari P. Ali.
