MSU-SASE kicks off, University assures safety of all

With their face masks and face shields on, high school seniors were all geared up to take the annual Mindanao State University-System Admission and  Scholarship Exam (MSU-SASE) at Mindanao State University-General Santos City, Sunday, March 28, 2021.

To ensure the safety of all examinees, the Admissions Office led by Director Jerry Dela Cruz partnered with the Medical Services Response Team of the university. Medical Services Staff led by Dr. Usmaima Lily F. Usman-Naga, all dressed in protective gear, greeted the examinees with hand sanitizers and thermal scanners upon entering the testing premises. Classrooms where the examination will take place were also disinfected as part of the strict health protocols enforced in the time of the pandemic.

The MSU-SASE is a system-wide standardized test to determine the top examinees who will qualify for the scholarship programs of Mindanao State University. Students who will make it to the cut-off score will also have the chance to be admitted in the MSU System Unit of their preference.
