MSU-GenSan, partners facilitate job coaching activity

In an exemplary collaboration aimed at empowering the youth and fostering career development, MSU-General Santos, through the Office of Guidance and Counseling with the Seniors’ Club Organization and the Junior Institute for Human Resource Management partnered with the KCC Mall of GenSan in the conduct of a Job Coaching Activity held last May 10, 2023, at the KCC Convention Center. 

The Job Coaching Activity served as a platform for KCC Malls and MSU-General Santos to pool their expertise and resources in order to benefit students and job seekers alike. The event attracted a diverse audience of enthusiastic individuals eager to enhance their employability skills and gain insights into various industries. Participants were given the opportunity to engage in an interactive open forum. The event emphasized notable skills and knowledge required for success in today’s competitive job market.

The collaborative effort showcased the commitment of both organizations toward nurturing talent and facilitating meaningful career paths. The strong commitment of the University Chancellor, JD Usman D. Aragasi, MPA, to build more partnerships among companies in fostering nation-building thru collaboration has made this activity more successful.
