The Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) is a four-year program that prepares students for careers in accounting and auditing. It builds strong knowledge in accounting, finance, taxation, auditing, and business law, while developing critical thinking and ethical decision-making skills. Graduates can take the CPA Licensure Exam and pursue careers in firms, corporations, government, and academia.
The BS Economics program develops analytically skilled and ethically grounded graduates through rigorous training in economic theory, research, and data-driven analysis, preparing them for careers in policy, business, finance, and research, as well as advanced studies and leadership in promoting inclusive and sustainable development.
The BSBA major in Business Economics is an interdisciplinary program that integrates core business and economic principles with practical applications to develop analytically skilled, ethical, and globally responsive graduates capable of strategic decision-making, leadership, and managing businesses in dynamic economic environments.
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management (BSBA-HRM) at MSU–General Santos is a four-year program that builds a strong business foundation and specialized HR skills. It integrates peace and regional studies, aligns with national BSBA standards, and includes a 600-hour practicum within a 140-unit curriculum to prepare graduates for responsible, evidence-based HR practice.
The BSBAMM program equips students with comprehensive marketing knowledge and practical skills—covering consumer behavior, branding, digital marketing, sales, and market research—by integrating theory with practicum to prepare them for data-driven decision-making and successful careers in various marketing fields.
