The Planning, Evaluation and Monitoring Office (PEMO) prepares, maintains and updates the development plans of the campus. The Office identifies sources of revenue to fund campus development plans, program and projects and conducts period evaluation process, management performance and administrative capability of the campus. Moreover, PEMO is mandated to initiate, maintain and update the data bank of the campus and update information data which may assist the Chancellor for decisions or policy recommendations pertaining to the operation of the campus. The Office establishes and maintains linkages with agencies or institutions, both public and private, local and foreign, for the funding of the campus development plans and coordinates with the budget office concerning budget matters.

The Quality Assurance Management Services Office (QuAMSO) acts as central coordinating office for all colleges and units in the University to ensure the establishment, implementation, maintenance and upscaling of the University Quality Management System (QMS), Accreditation System, as well as quality and quantity assurance mechanisms to be aligned in accordance with the University Vision, Mission, College Goals and Program Objectives. Moreover, QuAMSO involves a critical mass of quality programs that meet national and international standards for disciplines/professions with widely accepted standards. QuAMSO coordinates with the appropriate offices in the development and updating of policies and guidelines as documented through quality manual, procedures and work instructions manual. It also ensures supervision of the safeguarding, updating and maintenance of controlled documents and documented procedures. Furthermore, QuAMSO ensures that preventive and corrective actions are taken in the processes and operations of the University for continual improvement and to establish Quality Assurance.
