MSU-GenSan College of Medicine secured the Overall 1st Runner-Up distinction at the 15th Association of Philippine Medical Colleges–Student Network (APMC-SN) Mindanao Convention, held from January 29 to 31, 2026, at Liceo de Cagayan University in Cagayan de Oro City.The convention brought together around 1,000 student delegates from 10 medical schools
