MSU at Naawan Chancellor Dr. Elnor C. Roa to Serve as Keynote Speaker for Graduate Studies Pre-Commencement and Hooding Ceremonies

Mindanao State University–General Santos is honored to welcome Dr. Elnor C. Roa, Chancellor of MSU at Naawan, as the Guest Speaker for the Pre-Commencement and Hooding Ceremonies of the Graduate Studies on July 4, 2026, at the University Gymnasium.

A distinguished academic leader, Dr. Roa will address the University’s graduate candidates as they mark the culmination of their advanced studies and prepare to assume greater responsibilities in scholarship, leadership, research, and professional practice.
